Alisa is a skilled realtor, knows the local market, & stays on top of every step of the process. She negotiates well & will be your best advocate! Alisa got me thru a very stressful sale of my condo, which sold quickly, but took 7 wks to close, due to buyer's home lending advisor at a prominent bank. Alisa kept me up to date with every struggle she, buyer's realtor, & title company were having to contact the bank advisor to meet deadlines. I was a wreck, as I was moving out of state & needed closing on agreed upon date, but Alisa was calm, yet determined thru whole experience. I highly recommend Alisa to anyone who wants a friendly, yet professional, & motivated realtor!!
