A Review for Alisa St. John

We highly recommend Alisa St. John to sell your home or condo and were exceptionally pleased with the professional service that she provided in selling our condo. We have sold 7 properties during our lifetime and can rightfully say that she went far beyond the typical Realtor in representing us. She was there to assist us from beginning to end, not only with the transactions but with many valuable recommendations. She is very thorough and competent and has extensive knowledge of the real estate market and the selling and closing process. Upon engaging her services, she immediately offered relevant suggestions as to how best to prepare our condo for sale and was able to provide us with quality sources for any tasks that were needed to help us in accomplishing this. She made several recommendations that we feel attracted buyers to our condo and helped us get a top dollar sale.
